Spring Break Lesson Enrollment Form

    Monday-Friday: 9:00am-12:00pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm
    Please indicate the days/times that you would like to have lessons. The more flexible you are with your schedule, the sooner we will be able to accommodate your request.

    Please indicate specifics about your schedule request including times, number of lessons requested, number of lessons per week, and if you are requesting private or semi-private lessons.

    Spring Break Enrollment Info 
    Book three, four, or five lessons at a discounted rate during spring break.
    Spring break lessons can only be used the week of April 4-8.
    Fees
    Three, 30-minute private lessons: $93
    Three, 30-minute semi-private lessons: $123
    Four, 30-minute private lessons: $140
    Four, 30-minute semi-private lessons: $185
    Five 30-minute private lessons: $187
    Five, 30-minute semi-private lessons: $247

    Due to limited lane rental availability, we are operating on a limited schedule during the indoor season.

    Inclement Weather

    Lessons will not be held if there is thunder or lightening in the area. If thunder or lightning occur mid lesson, additional time can be added to make up for lost time by adding 5 to 10 minutes to future lessons schedule permitting.

     

    COVID-19

    Do not participate in lessons if you, your child, or anyone in your household exhibits symptoms of COVID-19 or is waiting for a test result.
